What to do before making a reservation?

Completion of the Finnish passanger card / notification of a traveller

When you arrive in Tommolansalmi, you must fill in a passenger card.

After submitting the completed passenger card and paying the accommodation fee, you are free to enter the campsite.

Booking accommodation through the booking system

We recommend booking an accommodation through our booking system. You can see the current booking situation in our booking system and you will be able to confirm and pay your booking at the same time.

In our booking system, you can pay with the payment methods offered by Paytrail, i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, MobilePay and online banking payment (Finnish banks).

Paytrail Oyj acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

Booking accommodation by e-mail or telephone

Note! A booking made by phone or email is only a preliminary booking. The booking will only be confirmed once you have paid the prepayment portion of the booking fee.

When making a booking, please supply the following information:

  • Your name and contact information (address, telephone number, e-mail address)
  • Number of guests (adults/children under the age of 12)
  • Type of accommodation (cottage, camping vehicle, tent)
  • Day and expected time of arrival and day and expected time of departure

Once we have received your booking information, we’ll send you an invoice and instructions for payment either by email or by mail.

Advance payment is deducted from the final bill.

We will confirm your reservation by sending you a booking confirmation after you have paid the advance payment.

Total accommodation price has to be paid according to the booking, rental and cancellation terms before the arrival time, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation of the reservation

You can cancel the confirmed reservation and get paid fees back in accordance with booking, rental and cancellation terms.

Payment of accommodation without advance booking

If you arrive without a reservation or you book your cottage/caravan pitch/tent pitch so late that you don’t have time to pay in advance, accommodation price for cottages will be paid upon arrival.

The caravan and tent pitches will also be paid on arrival, if you know how many nights you are going to stay. Otherwise, the payment will be made on departure.

Payment of services and activities

Services and activities can be booked in our booking system. Note! The system only has some services and activities; the rest can be booked directly at our holiday center reception or our customer service.

In our booking system, you can pay with the payment methods offered by Paytrail, i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, MobilePay and online banking payment (Finnish banks).

Paytrail Oyj acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

You can also book services and activities in advance by calling or emailing our customer service. In this case, they are paid on site upon arrival at our resort’s reception / summer restaurant before using the service or activity.

Of course, you can also book services and activities only on site after arriving at our resort’s reception / summer restaurant before using the service or activity. In this case, we recommend that you first check the booking status of the services and activities and the available times from the booking system.

However, if you want to book a sauna, we recommend making a reservation in advance, as the most popular booking times in the evening are booked quickly.

During the winter season, ask staff to book and pay for services and activities before arrival so that we have time to make the necessary preparations for them.
