Tommolansalmi offers its guests accommodation, restaurant, lakeside sauna and traditional wood-fired Finnish lakeside sauna, and also these services:

For families with children

Tommolansalmi is not only a great place for a vacation – it is also a great place to stop by on a longer trip.

You can borrow baby cot, feeding chair, bath tub and potty for free.

Our restaurant always has something your kids will like, and there is a playground and a child-friendly shallow swimming beach beside the restaurant.

You will also find a playground with play huts and a sandbox near the restaurant, and a guest toilet with a changing table for babies.

Food-making opportunities

The campsite territory includes public grill places with multi-function Finnish grills and a public fireplace on the bank of Lake Korpijärvi.

They all are stocked with matches and lighter fluid, grill rods, a grill iron and firewood. You can also use your own camping cooker at the fireplace.

You can make a fire in open fireplaces if we don't have a fire warning in the area! Ask our customer service about the warnings!

Guests accommodated in the camping can use our outdoors kitchen in summer period.

The shed is connected to electricity and sewage, and also drinking water supply from the nearby pump well. The outdoors kitchen has food cookers, microwave, baking oven and dishwashing sinks. Pots and pans are also there. You can ask for free utensils from the restaurant.

The water points are in the outdoor kitchen and in the service building.

Other services

Guest showers are located in the same building with the lakeside sauna. These are year-round showers, with tiled walls and floor heating. Hot water is available.

Both the women’s section and the men’s section have a separate wardrobe and a shower room with two shower stalls separated by partition walls and shower curtains.

We have a brand new service building available year-round with modern guest toilets for women and men and a room, where you can find a washing machine and a toilet and a shower for disabled people and a changing table, a potty and a bath tub for babies and small children and a possibility to use a shower with small children. The building has a heating in the wintertime.

There are also several other guest toilets in the camping’s territory. One guest toilet is located beside the restaurant (with a changing table for babies). There are also modern toilets in the lakeside sauna’s building.

Caravans can use a waste disposal point for their chemical toilets and grey waters in the service building. See its location on campsite map.

There are also a guest harbour and a boat launch for guests near the restaurant.
